A creator pipeline, built to scale.

Agency of record Major retail client Content & UGC · Ongoing

Not a talent agency. Not a marketplace. The operator that runs the whole pipeline.

A large e-commerce client needed volume UGC across dozens of creators, running two programs at once: creator-posted content and brand-owned production content. Different rights, different pricing, different compliance bars, and an approval standard that never moved.

The client contracts with us. We contract every creator individually, write the briefs they work from, hold the compliance line, and carry the delivery risk. From self-managed nano creators to agency-repped talent, each with its own pricing logic, we built the system that turns that spread into a qualified roster and we run it as an extension of the client's team.

The pipeline

Hundreds in. A qualified roster out.

Every stage run in-house, from first prospect to signed deliverable.

The problem

Volume is easy. Volume that clears approval is not.

Anyone can hand a brand a pile of creators. The hard part is a roster that survives a high, specific approval bar, and a compliance standard that doesn't move, at the volume this client needed.

Self-reported media kits inflate numbers. We built the vetting layer to verify every creator against live data before a name ever reached the client, so the roster the brand approved was the roster that actually performed.

Then there's price. A self-managed nano creator and agency-repped talent don't cost the same, and shouldn't. We priced each creator to their real market value across both deliverable types, so the client paid for reach, not for a media kit.

What we built

The infrastructure underneath it.

01

Sourcing screen

A data-driven filter on reach, engagement, niche fit, and compliance, narrowing hundreds to a qualified few.

02

Live-data vetting

Every metric checked against live data, not a media kit, protecting the client from inflated numbers.

03

Negotiation framework

Each creator priced to real market value across creator-posted and brand-owned production.

04

Contract & payment

Creator terms aligned to the client's payment cycles, so operations never stalled on paperwork.

05

Compliance layer

Content and disclosure held to the client's standard before anything shipped.

06

Creator relations

Built for repeat engagement, not one-off transactions, so the roster compounds over time.

Where it stands

Two programs running in parallel, a roster that clears the bar, and a pipeline the client doesn't have to think about.
