Asia's club culture, brought here.
Hanami Nights is ours. Not a client brief. A pan-Asian nightlife series we created, own, and operate, built to give Asian club culture a real home in American cities rather than a themed one-off.
The first New York night moved more than a thousand people. The August 8 edition at 00:00 in Long Island City is the follow-up, headlined by Lo3tus with Jokah, Nari, and Serenity across the night.
Most nightlife work is service work: someone else's brand, someone else's room, a fee for the night. Hanami is the opposite. We hold the name, the audience, the ticketing, and the calendar, which means every night compounds into the next one instead of ending at load-out.
That changes what we can offer a partner. Brands aren't buying a logo on a flyer, they're entering a room we control, with a crowd we built and can reach again next month.
It also changes how we book talent. We negotiate directly with artists and their management, cover travel and hospitality, and structure agreements ourselves, so the lineup is chosen for the room rather than inherited from a promoter's list.
In nightlife, the flyer is the product page. A headliner people trust, a room they recognize, a date, and a link. Art direction, artist assets, partner marks, and ticket routing all resolved into a single frame built for the feed.
Direct with artists and management, contracts and fees structured by us.
Flights, hotels, ground, and the room the artist actually wants.
The series identity and every asset the night is sold on.
Tiered releases, referral tracking, and partner sales attribution.
Campaign rollout, creator seeding, paid and organic, city by city.
Venue, promoter, and brand partners integrated into the night itself.
Door, floor, and run of show, from first arrival to last call.
The night captured and cut, so it sells the next one before it happens.
We stopped waiting for someone to book the room. We built it.
