One city, one moving room.
Art Basel turns Miami into a single moving room for a week. A global brand brought a full slate of events to it, and brought us in to run hospitality across all of them, from the flagship beach party to the intimate showcases.
The brief was scale without losing the room. A flagship party that moved 4,500-plus guests, and smaller rooms that still had to feel personal, all held to one standard of care.
Basel week is chaos by default. Too many venues, too many invitations, too little signal. The work was holding one standard of care across all of it, no matter the room.
We ran the hospitality across every event on the brand's slate, from a 4,500-person beach party down to a private dinner, so each one felt held rather than rushed.
UHNW hospitality and a through-line that held the whole week together. The kind of presence that reads as effortless because the planning underneath it never showed.
4,500+ guests through the headline party.
Hospitality at the top of the market.
A route through the week that felt designed.
One standard of care, carried across every stop.
Each room, staffed and run to standard.
Venues and partners, kept in sync.
The win at Basel isn't being everywhere. It's making everywhere feel like one place.
